RGB Pixels are digitally-controllable lights you can set to any color, or animate. Each RGB LED and controller chip is molded into a 'dot' of silicone. The dots are waterproof and rugged. There are four flanges molded in so that you can 'push' them into a 12mm drill hole in any material up to 1.5mm/0.06" thick. They're typically used to make outdoor signs. Compared to our other 20mm LED dots, these are diffused 8mm LEDs so they are not as bright but they color mix a little nicer.
1.This pixel LED is 50pcs per string.8cm wire between each LED,wire size:20AWG.Punching Diameter is 12mm.
2.We have three different IC Model for this LED,Please note different IC have different Wire define.
3.Controller:we usually select SD Controller,you also could use DMX controller which could support WS2801 or LPD6803 chip.
4.it works with DC5V only,and supply the power to LED chain every string(50pcs max),make sure the Voltage is the same in both side of LED chain.

Each dot is digitally controlled, with an internal 8-bit PWM LED driver (24-bit color for 16 million different shades). The pixels must be clocked by a microcontroller, we have an example code linked below that works on an Arduino, it should be simple to adapt it to any other microcontroller.
The pixels use 8mm diffused RGB LEDs, with a 120 degree beam width. The total max brightness of all LEDs is about 1600mcd but with the light more evenly distributed & mixed than a clear LED

1). The diameter of the power cord should be based on the actual maximum current ,the product power ,cabling length( recommend no more than 5 meters),and the voltage of transmission line .
2). This product can achieve effects of full-color running water ,chasing and scanning .Depending on the different installation methods which may compose different dynamic effect of different color’s character and design .
